Participants from countries outside the Schengen Area may require a visa to enter Norway to attend WATOC 2025.
Please check the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) website to determine if you need to apply for a tourist visa. If a visa is required, we recommend applying for a Tourist Visa under the category "Attend a cultural event or visit an organisation" rather than the Business Visa category.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process.
